    • We don’t accept arrivals or departures on major holidays, as our doors are closed to the public during these times.

    • Only book for the nights your dog stays over, like a hotel.

    • You only pay for each night of boarding when you book.

      • All “Add-Ons” will be charged upon arrival.

    • Only 1 coupon, package, or credit can be applied to a single appointment.

      • Ex) If you applied a daycare package credit to an appointment, you’re unable to redeem another discount in addition.

    • It’s not possible to extend expiration dates for coupons, packages, or credits.
