Our commitment is to provide a place where your canine companions thrive in a world of personalized play, innovative activities, and a nurturing environment that goes beyond the ordinary, ensuring each dog's day is as extraordinary as they are.

We’re excited to announce starting February 1, 2024, we’ll be rolling out some new changes to our pricing and policies that will further enhance our quality and service. These changes are necessary to adapt to recent market shifts, improve retention rates, and cover rising operational costs. We are confident these changes will enable us to continue providing exceptional services that exceed expectations.

No, our pricing is the same. However, our booking and cancellation policies change during these times.
All bookings made before February 1, 2024, will be honored at the pricing and policies in place at the time of booking.
Yes. All changes will take effect on February 1, 2024.
