The Basics of Booking 

RECESS Riders

  1. Select the correct zone.

  2. Select a quantity of 1 spot/zone per dog.

  3. Zones are priced as a round trip for Daycare.

SLEEPOVER Riders

  1. Select the correct zone and choose either:

    • A quantity of 1 for a one-way ride to or from your sleepover.

    • A quantity of 2 for a round-trip ride to and from your sleepover, as travel occurs on different days.

    • Zone 1 (0—2 miles) $8.50

    • Zone 2 (2.1—4 miles) $13.50

    • Zone 3 (4.1—6 miles) $18.50

    • Zone 4 (6.1—8 miles) $23.50

    • Zone 5 (8.1—10 miles) $28.50

    • Zone 6 (10.1—12 miles) $33.50

  • The bus runs between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. 

    • Note: The bus is only available on weekdays at this time.

    • Preferred times are not guaranteed. Please indicate any flexibility! 

    When booking online, please provide detailed information to ensure a smooth experience.

    • For updates or changes to your Carpool Notes, please email or call us.

  • You will receive an automated text notification from Goose.pet when the bus starts its route for all riders.

  • You guessed it! You can provide this information when you “Pre-Register” for each appointment.

    Please provide:

    • The address location

    • The home access information

    • Any necessary instructions for entry and exit

    You can also send us a direct message through Goose’s booking portal (text messaging) to discuss secured information further. Please know our staff keeps a secure valet lock holder for all keys on file.

  • We provide a variety of harnesses in different sizes that securely attach to the vehicle straps connected to the bus seats.

    This ensures that your child remains safe and secure in their designated seat, giving you peace of mind during the ride. Your safety is our top priority.
